Tips for DIY landlords
- Make you own advert - a short description, number of rooms, furnished/enfurnished, availability, price and your details. This could be a whole website, a blog post, a free listing on a website like Gumtree, Craigslist or even create a photo album(FlickR, Facebook or some other) You could even go all out and make a short home made video tour like here.
- Then post a link to the Ad (or Blog post, photo album etc) on your own social networks (facebook, twitter, LinkedIn as you feel comfortable.
- Ask your network if they want to be your next tenant? Or know a friend who might?
- Remember email your friends (Ask them to tell their friends or share via Social Media)
